Libby Wolfe is the Project Manager at the The Living Legacy Foundation. She is responsible for managing the relationship with Maryland’s Motor Vehicle Administration through community outreach and professional education. With the MVA providing 98% of all Maryland donor designations, Libby’s job is to maintain that partnership and increase the number of Marylanders registering as an organ donor at the MVA. Libby has over a decade of experience in the communications field working primarily in advertising and marketing. She is motivated everyday to encourage more Marylanders to say YES to organ donation and meet the need of those awaiting a transplant.
